"We just bought our first co-op unit in Fort Lauderdale and were quite “green” to the process. William wasn’t our Realtor in the transaction, in fact, he was the Seller’s agent, but it didn’t keep him from helping us navigate the process. His responses to our questions were very thorough and timely. We felt he went out of his way to make sure our needs, as new buyers, were met. "I cannot give enough positive comments about William. I love in Michigan and bought my vacation home in Florida and he went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect place and to also make sure that the process went smooth. This was the first time that I bought a place and he took his time to walk me through all of the steps and even did so much extra to help. Anyone would be extremely lucky to have him as an agent. I will use him for any future purchases. After those I feel like I gained a great friend that I could always reach out to."
